Support diverse housing types that fit our neighborhoods like duplexes, townhomes, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) that allow families to add housing on their property for aging parents or adult children starting out.

Prioritize infill development that uses vacant lots and underutilized properties rather than sprawling into farmland and green spaces that define our district’s character.

Protect local control by ensuring communities have a meaningful voice in how development happens, with zoning reforms that encourage housing without mandating cookie cutter projects that don’t fit our towns.

Invest in infrastructure first so that new housing doesn’t strain our roads, water systems, and schools. Growth should make our communities stronger, not overburden what we already have.

Keep it affordable by incentivizing development that includes starter homes and workforce housing, not just luxury properties that only wealthy outsiders can afford.
